1. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our website (nutritionistsaloni.com), mobile application, or using Nutritionist Saloni Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use means you accept the changes.

2. DEFINITIONS

• “Nutritionist Saloni” or “We” = Nutritionist Saloni and its affiliates
• “User” or “You” = Individual using our platform
• “Services” = Nutrition coaching, mental health coaching, wellness programs
• “Platform” = Website, mobile app, and digital services
• “Program” = Any coaching or wellness offering

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Creating Your Account

To use Nutritionist Saloni, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Update your information if it changes
• Tell us immediately if your account is compromised

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining password security
• All activity on your account
• Any unauthorized account use

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
• Provide false information
• Fail to pay agreed fees

4. OUR SERVICES

4.1 What We Offer

Nutritionist Saloni provides:

• Customized nutrition planning from certified dietitians
• Mental health and wellness coaching
• 12-month transformation programs
• Personal Relationship Manager support
• Health tracking and progress monitoring
• Educational resources and wellness content

4.2 IMPORTANT: We Are NOT Medical Professionals

Please understand:

• Nutritionist Saloni coaches are NOT doctors
• Our Services are coaching/education, NOT medical treatment
• We do NOT diagnose, treat, or prescribe
• We do NOT replace your doctor’s care

You must:

• Continue seeing your healthcare provider
• Tell your doctor about our program
• Consult your doctor before starting any program
• Seek medical attention for health emergencies

4.3 No Guarantees

We do NOT guarantee:

• Weight loss or fitness results
• Health improvements or outcomes
• Specific health conditions will improve
• Results depend on your individual effort and genetics

4.4 Program Details

• Programs range from 30-day to 12-month commitments
• Coaching hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday-Saturday
• Sessions available via video, phone, or chat
• Sessions can be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be forfeited

5. FEES, PAYMENT & BILLING

5.1 Pricing

• 30-minute consultation: ₹499
• 60-minute consultation: ₹999
• Custom programs: Pricing varies
• All prices in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment required before service begins
• Accepted: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking, Wallet
• All payments processed securely via third-party providers
• Applicable taxes (GST in India) added

5.3 Invoicing

• Invoice sent via email after payment
• Keep invoices for your records
• Update payment information as needed

5.4 Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription:

• Automatic billing occurs on your billing date
• You get reminder notices before each charge
• Cancel anytime in your account dashboard
• Cancellation applies only to future charges

5.5 Refund Policy

General Policy: Fees are non-refundable

Exceptions – Refunds available if:

1. Duplicate charges (accidental double billing)

How to Request Refund:

• Include proof of payment
• Submit within 30 days of payment
• Refund processed in 10-14 business days

6. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 You Must NOT:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse Nutritionist Saloni staff or other users
• Share offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform
• Share others’ personal information without permission
• Engage in illegal activities
• Post spam or promotional content
• Impersonate anyone or provide false information
• Share session content publicly without permission
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

6.2 Your Health Responsibility

You confirm:

• All health information you provided is accurate
• You disclosed any medical conditions or medications
• You’ll tell your coach about any health changes
• You understand health-related risks
• You are responsible for your own health

6.3 Legal Compliance

• Use Services only for legal purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws
• You are responsible for your own legal compliance

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Content

All platform content (text, images, videos, meal plans, designs) is owned by Nutritionist Saloni and protected by copyright law.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Create derivative works
• Remove copyright notices
• Share plans publicly without permission
• Use content for commercial purposes

7.2 Your Permission

We grant you a limited license to:

• View content for personal health goals
• Use personalized plans for your benefit
• Access services for yourself

7.3 Your Content

Health data and feedback you provide:

• Remains your property
• We may use anonymized feedback for testimonials
• We won’t share personal info without permission

8. SESSION RECORDINGS

8.1 Recording & Consent

• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance
• Recording is for Nutritionist Saloni staff only
• You consent to recording by using our Services
• Request non-recorded sessions anytime

8.2 Recording Storage

• Recordings stored securely for up to 2 years
• You can request deletion anytime
• Recordings deleted upon account termination (if requested)

9. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

9.1 We Are NOT Medical

• Our Services are coaching, NOT medical treatment
• Coaches are NOT licensed medical professionals
• We do NOT provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions
• We do NOT replace healthcare providers

9.2 MUST Consult Your Doctor If You Have:

• Serious medical conditions
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Take prescription medications
• Food allergies or intolerances
• Unusual health symptoms
• Any health concerns

9.3 You Accept the Risk

You assume all risks from:

• Following our recommendations
• Participating in wellness programs
• Any health changes or outcomes
• Any health complications

9.4 Emergency Situations

• Nutritionist Saloni does NOT provide emergency medical help
• Call emergency services immediately for medical emergencies
• Do NOT rely on Nutritionist Saloni for urgent medical issues

9.5 No Results Guarantee

• Results are NOT guaranteed
• Results vary based on individual effort, genetics, lifestyle
• Some conditions may not improve
• We make NO promises about outcomes

10. LIMITATIONS & NO LIABILITY

10.1 We Are NOT Liable For:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Health issues from using our Services
• Third-party content or services
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Any damages beyond what you paid for Services

10.2 Your Sole Remedy

If you have a dispute, your exclusive remedy is:

• A refund of fees paid (per refund policy)
• Nothing more

10.3 “AS-IS” Services

Our Services are provided “AS-IS” without warranties:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted access
• No guarantee of error-free platform
• No guarantee of specific results

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and protect Nutritionist Saloni from:

• Any claims or costs arising from your use of Services
• Violations of these Terms
• Any health outcomes or complications
• Any legal fees or damages

12. TERMINATION

12.1 You Can Terminate Anytime

• Cancel your program via your dashboard
• Effective immediately
• Future charges stop
• Past fees are non-refundable

12.2 We May Terminate

We may end your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Harass or abuse anyone
• Fail to pay
• Provide false information
• Engage in illegal activity

13. MODIFICATIONS & CHANGES

We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue Services (30 days notice)
• Update these Terms anytime
• Change pricing (30 days notice)
• Update platform features

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international and regional laws, including laws of countries where you or Nutritionist Saloni operates.

14.2 Before Legal Action

3. Attempt to resolve together
4. Then proceed to legal action if needed

15. CONFIDENTIALITY

15.1 We Keep Confidential:

• Your personal information
• Health data you share
• Session conversations
• Your goals and challenges

15.2 We May Share If:

• Required by law or court order
• Necessary to prevent harm or emergency
• You explicitly consent
• Data is anonymized

16. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Nutritionist Saloni. All previous discussions are superseded.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is invalid, that part is modified or removed. Other parts remain in effect.

18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using Nutritionist Saloni, you acknowledge:
